We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI & Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. In this cross-functional role, you will drive the development of intelligent systems for Sanso, while delivering impactful visual analytics and real-time predictions. This role blends data engineering, machine learning, visualization, and applied AI for real-world applications.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, training, and fine-tuning AI/ML models
  • Implementing deep learning, NLP, computer vision, LLM & reinforcement learning models
  • Working with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Building scalable APIs and microservices for AI model deployment
  • Managing databases (MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL) for structured and unstructured data storage
  • Implementing data pipelines for real-time AI inference
  • Design scalable data pipelines (ETL) using Python and SQL-based tools.
  • Designing interactive web or mobile applications using React, Vue.js for cross platform & all OS.
  • Integrating AI models into user-facing applications
  • Ensuring smooth user experience (UX) and interface (UI)
  • Deploying AI models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure and or VPS cloud servers )
  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Managing containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes & VPS server technologies) for scalable AI applications

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Min. 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with on-device ML for mobile apps
  • Familiarity with real-time messaging analytics
  • Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with a focus on data engineering/science, machine learning, and MLOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of blockchain analytics, anomaly detection in transactions
  • Familiar with EV battery health prediction, consumer behavior modeling

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.
