We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to generate leads, close sales, and expand strategic partnerships across digital products (communication and FinTech) & hardware products (but not limited too). You’ll act as the bridge between the product, marketing, and client success teams to grow Sanso’s user base and revenue footprint.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new clients, distributors & channel partners in B2B/B2C & D2C domains.
  • Target institutions, startups, retailers, SMEs, and resellers for product integrations and partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for various product lines.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and the sales pipeline.

Market Research & Product Intelligence

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, market mapping, and user needs identification.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for feature improvements or new launches.
  • Stay updated on market trends in FinTech, secure communication, and electronic & IoT sectors.

Relationship & Account Management

  • Build long-term client relationships and act as the key point of contact for corporate clients, distributors, or institutional buyers.
  • Negotiate deals and coordinate onboarding and support.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Explore potential alliances with payment gateways, financial institutions, telecom operators, or electronics retailers.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to boost branding, integrations, or sales through co-branded efforts.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance
  • Min. 2–4 years of experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, or consumer electronics sales
  • Proven B2B or B2C experience in tech product sales or distribution

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.
